How to Make Counterfeit Money
Are we having a laugh or what? A guide on how to make fake money! We must be, right? Well to be honest we are a bit, but believe it or not making counterfeit money isn’t as hard to do as you might think.
Now before you start thinking ‘license to print money’ and wondering where you’re going to hang all those brand spanking new fifty pound notes to dry, we just want to point out that making counterfeit money is highly illegal – so don’t do it! You’d be breaking the law and you’ll end up in prison! Not good.
Right now we’ve got that out of the way let’s have a look at how making fake money can be done. First off, the image or design can be done really easily with a high tech scanner. Whip a note through and an exact copy will be on your computer screen in seconds. You can enhance it, shadow the background to give the appearance of a watermark… whatever…
Then you need to get the right paper. In fact, the exact paper which the Bank of England uses to print money to be precise. Which can actually be acquired pretty easily and cheaply in India. Order a couple of pallet loads just to be safe. Trial and error and all that.
With the paper and the image on hand you’re ready to start printing off your own money. When you’ve got several suitcases worth, nip down the local launderette and stick it all in one of those big tumble driers with a load of poker chips (best to take a lot of loose change and some black bags with you… maybe a couple of well built friends as well…) to give your notes that ‘used’ feel people know and trust.
So now you know how to do it, for goodness sake DON’T!
