Make Money on eBay with this Simple Trick

This might sound absolutely ludicrous, but a widespread survey has revealed that eBay bidders are actually inclined to pay more for items listed with a delivery charge than items with free shipping!

Let me explain…

In test bids, 2 identical items were posted (several times of course). One was priced at $10 with free shipping and the other at $6 with a $5 shipping charge (or $11 in total).
Incredibly the £10 item with free shipping received far less bids compared to the $11 item - despite being a dollar cheaper!

What are reasons behind this?

Well, apparently most folk distrust sellers who don’t post a shipping charge. It sounds suspicious and they don’t want to take the risk.

That’s not to say that you should levy a large shipping fee on all your items – DEFINITELY not. It’ll have an adverse effect if you do.

Because the survey also found that bidders are extremely wary of bloated delivery costs. People have a rough idea of what the delivery of the item they’re bidding on should cost and if the seller’s charge goes too far North of that expectation they’ll avoid them like the plague.

Worse still, they might go through with the transaction only to leave you negative feedback against your ‘unfair’ delivery charges afterwards.
